Christopher Washington, 41, is facing burglary and theft of property charges after allegedly breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home and stealing an air conditioning unit. The female victim told authorities that her children’s father gained access to her residence through an unlocked window and took an air conditioning unit. Memphis Police say Washington was caught on a Ring camera carrying the unit away from the residence. Officers detained him nearby with the unit inside his vehicle.
