Florida Woman Arrested After Repeatedly Beating Boyfriend With Christmas Tree On Christmas Eve
Miracle Rivera, 20, was released from jail around 2:40 p.m. on Christmas Day, and accused of engaging in domestic violence after repeatedly striking her boyfriend with a Christmas tree on Christmas Eve in their St. Petersburg residence. The altercation was said to have broken out as a verbal argument early Christmas Eve, when Rivera’s boyfriend retreated to the living room, Rivera struck him repeatedly with a Christmas tree as he was lying on a couch. Her 24-year-old partner reportedly suffered minor abrasions on much of his upper body and arms.
