Mauricio Quinteros, 18, has been arrested and charged with open murder and a charge of open murder with the use of a deadly weapon in the fatal Las Vegas shooting of Maykool Regino-Perez at a party in northeast Las Vegas. The altercation broke out when Quinteros suspected Regino-Perez of making advances on his girlfriend resulting in Quinteros striking Regino-Perez, then shooting him several times.
