Nicole C. Weidelman, 46, of Tinton Falls, NJ, has been charged with third degree theft, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office announced in a December 18th news release. This comes after Weidelman reached out to a man’s mother, her “longtime family friend,” and offered to raise money online for her son’s medical bills, officials said. The man had been involved in a serious accident in Florida on the I-95 causing him to require multiple surgeries, resulting in him needing a prosthetic for an amputated arm.
