Karen Casbohm and Loreen Feralo have been arrested and charged with theft and gross abuse of a corpse, according to Ashtabula County Prosecuting Attorney Cecilia Cooper. Ashtabula Police Chief Robert Stell told the FOX 8 I-Team that Douglas Layman, 80, was dropped off at the Ashtabula County Medical Center emergency room on Monday, and without the ladies providing any information, they just left.
