Dwayne Waden, 57, a High Point pastor, was arrested and charged with one count of assault and battery or simple assault after grabbing a McDonald’s employee by the neck, punching him in the face multiple times, and trying to shove his head in a deep fryer. This comes after Waden’s wife was training to become a manager at a McDonald’s location, and called Waden, telling him that employees were disrespecting her. The McDonald’s employee “suffered a large contusion to the forehead and right eye, along with scratches on his neck,” authorities said.
