Shawn Brown has been arrested by Marietta Police and charged with impersonating a police officer, obstruction, terroristic threats and giving a false name. Brown was seen walking in the middle of the street and disrupting traffic, when stopped, he flashed a badge that read “Special Police” and told the officers that they were under arrest for assaulting a police officer. Brown even read the arresting officers their Miranda rights before he was detained in Cobb County Jail.
