Columbus, Ohio McDonald's Reopens After Man Found A Crack Pipe In His Meal
A Columbus, Ohio McDonald’s reopened its doors Thursday after a patron found a crack pipe in his meal Tuesday morning. The city health agency became aware of the incident after the customer filed a complaint with the Franklin County Public Health, which gave the report to Columbus since the McDonald’s is in that city. Upon inspection of the fast food restaurant, multiple health code violations were discovered including issues with construction, cleaning and sanitizing food surfaces, protecting food from contamination, and more.
